I have spent much of my life working with people—as a coach, educator, writer, speaker, and leader.
Over the years, I have coached and trained people from many cultures, professions, and walks of life. I am an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), and have also served as an educator in the areas of leadership development and spiritual formation.
But credentials and experience tell only part of the story.
What matters most in the work I do today is the quality of attention I bring to another person.
I listen closely. I notice what is being said—and sometimes what is not being said. I am comfortable with complexity, silence, uncertainty, and questions that do not have immediate answers.
I can be practical when movement is needed, and equally willing to stay with a question until something deeper becomes visible.
My own life has taken me across cultures, disciplines, roles, successes, transitions, and profound changes in how I understand myself and the world.
Perhaps that is why, these days, I am less interested in telling people how to live and more interested in creating the space in which they can see for themselves.
