CEC APAC Level 2
CEC APAC offers a complete Level 2 executive-coach development pathway for internationally oriented professionals. It is suitable for beginners entering professional coaching, ACC coaches working toward PCC, and experienced coaches seeking a practical executive-coaching toolbox.
Participants receive access to CEC’s comprehensive curriculum, methodologies, faculty resources, and self-study platform. Carmen’s APAC Lab provides live instruction, practice, integration, and support, helping participants apply the material thoughtfully across different professional and cultural contexts.
The program combines practical executive-coaching competence with MCC-level guidance, cross-cultural understanding, and a presence-based approach to working with the person—not merely applying tools to the problem.
