Coaching is not simply a concept to understand. It is an experience—and the relationship itself is part of what makes it powerful.
Private coaching offers an ongoing space to bring whatever is most alive for you: a decision, a relationship, a transition, a challenge at work, a recurring pattern, or a deeper question about yourself and your life.
There is no predetermined curriculum. We begin where you are.
Sometimes our conversations are practical and action-oriented. We clarify what matters, explore possibilities, work through obstacles, and determine what you want to do next.
At other times, the most useful thing we can do is slow down.
Instead of immediately asking how to solve the problem, we may become curious about how you are seeing it—what assumptions are operating underneath it, what you believe needs to happen, and what you may not yet be seeing.
Over time, coaching can become more than a place to solve one issue after another. It can become a space in which you see yourself, others, and life with increasing clarity.
And from clearer seeing, action often becomes simpler.
Private coaching is intentionally flexible. Rather than following a fixed program, our work develops around you and what is unfolding in your life.
Some clients come with specific personal or professional challenges. Others value having an ongoing space for reflection, exploration, and deeper inquiry. Often it is a combination of both.
We meet regularly enough to maintain continuity, while allowing the coaching relationship to respond to what you actually need.
Bring your life as it is. We begin there.
