A 3-hour guided experience that reveals how your life story shapes what you see—and what becomes possible when you are no longer fully identified with it.
Most of us are living inside a story without noticing it.
We describe our lives through meaning, memory, and interpretation:
who we are
what has happened to us
what it means about us
what we believe is possible next
Over time, this story becomes so familiar that it feels like identity itself.
But what if your story is not who you are—but something happening in awareness? Her Story is a guided experiential session that explores exactly this.
In a structured 3-hour space, you are invited to explore a meaningful personal life narrative—not to analyze it, but to notice how it is being experienced in real time.
Through guided reflection, demonstration, and small-group exploration, something begins to shift:
You start to see the difference between:
what happened
the meaning you give it
and the awareness in which it is all appearing
What you will experience
In this session, you will be guided to:
Explore a personal story in a structured, supported space
Notice how interpretation shapes emotional experience
Observe patterns of identity and meaning-making
Experience moments of stepping back from the story itself
Recognize a quieter awareness that is present throughout
What often becomes visible
Participants frequently report:
“I can see my story instead of being inside it.”
A sense of space between themselves and their thoughts
Greater clarity about how they interpret their experience
A quieter, more grounded inner state
A shift in how strongly they identify with their narrative
Nothing in your life needs to change for this shift to occur.
What changes is how experience is seen.
